This is one of the last Betamax video recorders made by Sanyo purchased in 1986 it is still going strong this machine was one of the best machines to be made in the betamax format complete with Hifi heads giving near CD sound quality This has been hooked up to a digital hard drive recorder and some footage has been recorded to show how good it still is, seen as it could only give a maximum of no more than 250 lines in 4:3 resolution which is pretty low to HD standards but still looks pretty well plus the tape that is been used is over 25 years old !!
