Music Adventist. How is the Adventist musical style? For some time the Adventist singers were reference in the Christian music of Brazil. Today, there are a variety of styles being recorded by Novo Tempo Recorder, ranging from traditional to contemporary. Many young people buy the "backing tracks - CD" and sing in churches. What is the best song to praise God? This question has provoked much debate and polarized some churches. But the question that begs is: "is there a right or wrong style for worship in the church?" One group says that everything evolves in the church as the Datashow, computer, clothes and, of course, the music should not be left behind. Another group claims saying that the songs should be smooth, quiet for the center of attention is the letter and not the instruments. The controversy did not begin today, even in the 70s and 80s there was controversy among Adventist music, one of the songs that were the focus of discussions, even though it is only played by piano, it was "Hallelujah, Home at Last," which was interpreted by singer Eclair Cruz and the King's Heralds Quartet (in Brazil). Then, over time, the music has changed, some have called the change "evolution", and the discussion has gained more strength. Some songs now cause discussion, not the lyric, but the musical style, a style that some say is inappropriate for a worship service.
